The SEDIROGLU GROUP SE-YMF 100 Feed Hammer Mill processes corn, wheat, barley, sorghum, rice bran, soybean meal, sunflower meal, oilseed cakes, DDGS, poultry feed ingredients, cattle feed mixtures, fish feed raw materials and biomass-based agricultural by-products. It efficiently reduces materials up to 60 mm edge length with bulk density between 0.2–0.8 kg/dm³ into a controlled particle range of 0.4–1.0 mm, ensuring uniform grinding performance worldwide.
The SE-YMF 100 reduces raw materials up to 60 mm into a final particle size range of 0.4–1.0 mm (400–1000 microns). The adjustable hammer-to-screen clearance and optimized rotor tip speed allow flexible fineness control depending on feed formulation requirements. This ensures consistent particle distribution, improved feed digestibility, and stable pelleting performance in modern feed production lines.
SEDIROGLU GROUP designed the SE-YMF 100 with large sliding access doors positioned at ergonomic height, allowing operators quick access to the grinding chamber. The tool-free quick screen exchange system enables replacement within minutes. The optimized hammer distribution layout ensures faster wear part replacement, reducing production stoppage and increasing operational efficiency in continuous feed mills.
The large diameter rotor with optimized hammer tip speed maximizes material contact while maintaining balanced load distribution. The electro-pneumatic rotary deflection plate improves material flow control, preventing unnecessary circulation inside the chamber. Under nominal load, the machine operates between 90–93 dBA, providing low noise performance while maintaining high grinding efficiency and stable industrial output.
