Certain components not manufactured directly by Sediroglu Group — including bearings, rollers, motors, reducers, belts, chains, gears, and electrical or electronic parts — are excluded from warranty coverage, as they are externally sourced consumable items. Warranty validity also requires installation to be carried out by Sediroglu Group engineers; machines installed by third parties or end users are not eligible for warranty claims.
Damage caused by improper operation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, environmental factors, natural disasters, transport incidents outside official delivery standards, or unauthorized repairs is not covered. These exclusions are defined to protect machine performance, ensure operational safety, and maintain engineering integrity while providing transparent and structured service policies.
Consumable Parts Exclusion
