Engineering Process & Turnkey Project Management Sediroglu Group follows a structured engineering approach starting with capacity analysis, raw material evaluation, site conditions, and customer layout requirements. Our team provides detailed 2D/3D drawings, optimized layout plans, energy consumption calculations, and technical feasibility studies to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and long-term productivity. The commercial process is clearly defined as Proforma → Contract → Production, with structured payment terms to maintain financial transparency and controlled scheduling. All core machinery is manufactured entirely in-house under strict quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with international industrial standards. Installation and commissioning are performed exclusively by our certified engineers, followed by operator training for independent plant operation. We deliver both individual machines and complete turnkey factory solutions ranging from 45 to 600 tons per 24 hours capacity. With disciplined project management and long-term after-sales support, Sediroglu Group provides fully engineered industrial systems designed for reliability, precision, and sustainable performance.

Commercial Structuring

In-House Manufacturing

All machinery is manufactured entirely within our own production facility.

We do not outsource core machinery production. Only consumable components are externally sourced where necessary.

Each production stage undergoes internal quality control procedures to ensure compliance with technical specifications and international standards.

Installation & Commissioning

Installation is carried out exclusively by Sediroglu Group’s own engineers.

Installation timelines:

Individual machine installations: approximately 1 week
Large turnkey factory projects: 3 to 6 months depending on scale

Following mechanical installation, commissioning and performance testing are completed on-site.

Operator training is provided to ensure smooth and independent plant operation.
