Consumable and externally sourced components such as bearings, motors, reducers, belts, gears, and electronic parts are excluded from coverage. Damage resulting from normal wear, misuse, or unauthorized installation is not covered. During the warranty period, we offer remote technical support, spare parts guidance, and structured troubleshooting assistance.
