Pellet Sieve 70 Ton is a high-performance vibrating screening machine engineered by Sediroglu Group to ensure efficient pellet classification and quality control in large-scale pellet production facilities. During pellet manufacturing, pellets coming from the pellet press may contain fines, dust or broken particles. These unwanted materials must be removed to maintain high pellet quality and to ensure smooth operation in downstream processes such as cooling, storage and packaging.
The Pellet Sieve performs this important screening operation by separating properly formed pellets from unwanted particles. The SE-YMC-70 model offers a processing capacity of up to 70 tons per hour, making it suitable for high-capacity pellet production plants where continuous operation and high productivity are essential. Sediroglu Group designs this equipment with durable industrial materials to ensure reliable operation even in demanding production environments.
One of the most important features of the Pellet Sieve 70 Ton is its modular screening structure. Depending on the required classification level, the machine can be produced with one to five screening decks. This configuration allows precise separation of pellet sizes and helps maintain consistent product quality. The modular design also allows production plants to adapt the screening system to different pellet specifications.
Working Principle
The Pellet Sieve operates using a vibrating screening mechanism powered by industrial vibration motors. These motors create controlled vibration across the screening surfaces, allowing pelletized material to move evenly along the decks.
When pellets enter the machine, the vibration spreads the material across the screen surface. Smaller particles such as fines and dust pass through the screen openings and are collected separately. Properly sized pellets continue moving toward the discharge outlet, while oversized or broken pellets can be separated depending on the screen configuration used.
This process ensures consistent pellet size and improves the overall quality of the final pellet product. The fine particles collected during screening can be recycled back into the pelleting process, helping reduce raw material waste and improve production efficiency.
Usage Areas
Pellet Sieve machines manufactured by Sediroglu Group are widely used in industrial facilities where pelletized materials must be screened and classified before storage or packaging.
Pellet Sieve 70 Ton is commonly used in:
• Animal feed production plants
• Cattle feed production facilities
• Poultry feed production plants
• Sheep and goat feed production plants
• Aquaculture feed production plants
• Biomass pellet production plants
