Working Principle
The Pellet Sieve operates with a controlled vibrating screening system. An industrial vibration motor generates continuous vibration across the screening decks, allowing pelletized material to move smoothly across the sieve surface.
When pellets enter the machine, the vibration distributes the material evenly along the screening surface. Smaller particles such as dust and fines pass through the screen openings and are collected separately. Properly formed pellets continue moving along the deck and exit through the discharge outlet. Oversized or broken particles can also be separated depending on the screen configuration used in the machine.
This process ensures accurate particle classification and improves the overall uniformity of the final pellet product. The separated fines can be returned to the pelleting process, reducing material loss and improving production efficiency in pellet manufacturing facilities.
