Working Principle
The Pellet Sieve operates using a controlled vibrating screening mechanism. An industrial vibration motor generates consistent vibration across the screening surfaces, allowing the pellet material to move evenly across the decks.
When pelletized material enters the machine, the vibration distributes the product across the screening surface. Fine particles and dust pass through the screen openings and are collected separately. Properly formed pellets move toward the discharge outlet while oversized or broken particles can be separated depending on the screen configuration.
