Pellet Sieve 60 Ton is an advanced vibrating screening machine engineered by Sediroglu Group to provide efficient pellet classification and quality control in high-capacity pellet production facilities. In pellet manufacturing processes, pellets coming from the pellet press may contain fines, dust or broken particles. These materials can negatively affect pellet quality and create challenges during storage, transportation and packaging operations. The Pellet Sieve removes these unwanted particles and ensures that only properly formed pellets continue through the production line.
The SE-YMC-60 model provides a screening capacity of up to 60 tons per hour and is designed for medium to large pellet production plants where continuous operation and reliable screening performance are essential. Sediroglu Group manufactures the machine using strong industrial materials that provide durability and long service life even in demanding production environments.
A key design advantage of the Pellet Sieve 60 Ton is its flexible screening configuration. The machine can be manufactured with one to five screening decks depending on the pellet classification requirements. This modular design allows production plants to achieve precise separation of pellets according to particle size and improves the overall efficiency of pellet processing operations.
Working Principle
The Pellet Sieve operates with a controlled vibrating screening mechanism. A high-efficiency vibration motor generates consistent vibration across the screening surfaces, allowing pelletized material to move smoothly along the decks.
When pellets enter the machine, the vibration distributes the material evenly across the screening surface. Small particles such as fines and dust pass through the screen openings and are collected separately. Properly sized pellets continue moving toward the discharge outlet while oversized or broken pellets can be separated depending on the screen configuration used.
This screening process ensures uniform pellet size and improves the overall quality of the finished pellet product. The separated fine particles can be recycled back into the pelleting process, reducing raw material waste and increasing production efficiency.
Usage Areas
Pellet Sieve machines manufactured by Sediroglu Group are widely used in industrial facilities where pelletized materials must be classified before storage or packaging.
Pellet Sieve 60 Ton is commonly used in:
• Animal feed production plants
• Cattle feed production facilities
• Poultry feed manufacturing plants
• Sheep and goat feed production plants
• Aquaculture feed production plants
• Biomass pellet production plants
• Wood pellet manufacturing plants
• Organic fertilizer granule production plants
• Agricultural processing facilities
• Recycling material classification plants
Advantages
Pellet Sieve 60 Ton provides several advantages for pellet production plants. The vibrating screening technology developed by Sediroglu Group ensures accurate particle separation and stable pellet flow throughout the production process.
The machine improves pellet quality by removing fines, dust and broken particles before the product reaches storage or packaging stages. Its durable industrial structure guarantees reliable operation and long equipment lifespan.
The modular deck system allows flexible screening configurations according to production needs. Easy inspection panels and simplified screen replacement mechanisms reduce downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.
Maintenance
Pellet Sieve machines designed by Sediroglu Group require minimal maintenance thanks to their robust construction and reliable vibration system. Regular inspections and proper cleaning help maintain optimal screening efficiency and extend the operational life of the machine.
