Working Principle
The Pellet Sieve operates using a controlled vibrating screening system. An industrial vibration motor generates stable vibration across the screening surfaces, allowing pelletized material to move evenly along the decks.
When pellets enter the screening machine, the vibration distributes the material across the screen surface. Smaller particles such as fines and dust pass through the screen openings and are collected separately. Properly sized pellets continue moving toward the discharge outlet while oversized or broken particles can be separated according to the screen configuration.
This screening process ensures consistent pellet size and improves the quality of the final pellet product. The separated fine particles can be returned to the pelleting system, reducing raw material loss and increasing production efficiency.
