The Mono Cyclone 50 (SE-MNC-50) is a high-capacity centrifugal pre-separation unit designed to protect filtration systems by separating granular waste from dust-laden air before it reaches filters. Installed between processing machines and filters, it removes heavy particles such as grain fragments, husk pieces, straw particles, and coarse dust generated during aspiration processes. By capturing granular material inside the cyclone body and discharging it through a rotary airlock valve, the Mono Cyclone 50 significantly reduces filter bag load, prevents premature bag damage, and stabilizes airflow balance. It is widely used in flour mills, grain cleaning and storage silos, semolina plants, corn flour mills, feed factories, cement plants, and recycling facilities where high air volume and heavy dust content are present.
