Mono Cyclone 35
The Mono Cyclone 35 is a high-efficiency pre-separation cyclone designed to protect filtration systems by removing granular and heavy dust particles from aspiration air before it reaches filters. Installed between processing machines and filters, the Mono Cyclone 35 plays a critical role in maintaining stable airflow balance and preventing mechanical damage to filter bags. In flour mills, grain cleaning lines, semolina plants, corn flour mills, recycling facilities, and silo aspiration systems, uncleaned aspiration air often contains dust mixed with granular particles such as bran fragments, grain husks, straw residues, stone dust, and coarse material. These particles significantly reduce filter life when directly sent to filters. The Mono Cyclone 35 separates these heavy particles inside its body using centrifugal force, allowing only fine dust to continue to the filter while granular material is discharged safely through a rotary airlock valve into a waste bunker. This improves filtration efficiency, reduces maintenance costs, and ensures long-term operational reliability.

Monthly maintenance of the Mono Cyclone 35 includes inspecting internal surfaces for excessive dust or granular buildup that may affect separation efficiency. Flange connections and sealing points should be checked to ensure airtight operation and prevent false air intake. The rotary airlock valve discharge must be inspected to confirm smooth material flow without blockage. If buildup is observed, internal cleaning of the cyclone walls and cone section is recommended to maintain optimal centrifugal separation performance.
Annual maintenance requires a detailed inspection of the entire cyclone body, including the cylindrical section, cone, inlet, and outlet connections. Internal surfaces should be checked for abrasion caused by continuous particle impact. Sealing elements, gaskets, and flange connections must be replaced if worn. Alignment with upstream machines and downstream filters should be verified to maintain correct airflow dynamics and system balance.
SEDIROGLU GROUP supplies original spare parts for the Mono Cyclone 35, including inlet and outlet flanges, discharge cone sections, inspection covers, sealing gaskets, and compatible rotary airlock valve components.
