Mono Cyclone 30

The Mono Cyclone 30 is a high-efficiency pre-separation unit designed to protect filtration systems by separating granular and heavy dust particles from aspiration air before it reaches filters. Installed between the processing machine and the filter unit, the Mono Cyclone 30 uses centrifugal force to separate coarse dust, straw fragments, stone particles, and grain residues from the airflow. While clean air continues toward the filter, heavier granular materials strike the internal cyclone walls, lose velocity, and are discharged downward through a rotary airlock valve into a waste hopper. This process significantly reduces filter bag load, prevents tearing, extends filter service life, and improves overall aspiration efficiency.
