The Semolina Purifier 50 by Sediroglu Group is engineered for precise semolina classification in flour mills, semolina production lines, pasta factories, and corn flour processing facilities. Featuring 24 durable aluminum sieve frames, this machine ensures uniform separation of coarse and fine semolina from bran, husk, dust, and light leaf particles. Product enters through two top entry points, distributing material evenly across the sieve layers. Coarser fractions are directed to the upper-level sieves and exit via Exit 1, while finer particles are guided to the middle layer. Remaining coarse semolina continues toward Exit 2, and the finest particles are collected from the lowest sieve layer. Outlet flaps guide each fraction into their designated ducts, ensuring efficient separation and minimal product loss.
The integrated aspiration system provides precise airflow control during classification. Sixteen adjustable air flaps, four per sieve frame, regulate air circulation, suspending fine bran particles and transferring them efficiently to filtration units. This system ensures high-quality output while maintaining hygienic conditions in industrial milling operations. The combination of multi-layer sieve classification, airflow management, and precision outlet flaps enables the Semolina Purifier 50 to deliver consistent, high-throughput performance with minimal maintenance requirements.

Purifier Brush Performance – SE-PRM 50
The Semolina Purifier 50 by Sediroglu Group features 24 high-precision brushes, one for each sieve frame, moving both forward and backward to clean the sieve cloths effectively. Proper brush motion is critical: if the bristles get trapped in sieve pores, they may halt movement, preventing complete cleaning. This can compromise accurate classification of semolina and bran separation. Machine alignment and motor adjustment are crucial to ensure every brush operates smoothly. Regular maintenance guarantees consistent cleaning, optimal sieve performance, and high-quality semolina output.
