The Semolina Purifier Air Adjustment Damper is a critical spare part designed to control airflow distribution within Semolina Purifier systems.
Each machine is equipped with a total of 32 air adjustment dampers, strategically positioned on the Purifier Sieve Frames, with 4 dampers allocated to each section. These dampers play a key role in regulating the airflow during the sieving and purification process.
During operation, controlled air circulation is created through these dampers, enabling precise classification of semolina particles. Lighter bran particles are separated from the product and directed towards the aspiration channels located in front of the dampers. These particles are then transported to the filtration system, ensuring clean and efficient processing.
The system is arranged in two rows, with 16 dampers on each line, providing balanced airflow distribution across the entire machine. Each damper is equipped with an angle degree indicator, allowing operators to precisely adjust airflow settings according to product type and process requirements.
