The Semolina Purifier Sieve Frames are critical spare parts used for the classification and purification of semolina in industrial milling systems.

These sieve frames are installed inside Semolina Purifier machines and are responsible for separating broken wheat based on particle size. The classification process is achieved using sieve cloths with different micron levels mounted on the frames, ensuring accurate and consistent product grading.

Manufactured from aluminum and wooden materials, the sieve frames provide high durability and strong resistance to vibration, ensuring long-term and stable operation under continuous industrial conditions.

One of the most important factors for efficient performance is the proper tension of the sieve silk (sefar cloth). If the sieve cloth is not properly tensioned, the brush bristles may enter the sieve openings, preventing the brush from moving freely. This leads to insufficient cleaning of the sieve surface and causes serious screening problems.

Each sieve frame is equipped with three tension bolts on each side, allowing precise adjustment of the sieve cloth tension. As the bolts are tightened, the silk becomes properly stretched, ensuring optimal working conditions.

The system operates with a single brush mechanism, where the brush continuously moves back and forth to clean the sieve surface. Proper tension ensures smooth brush movement, effective cleaning, and uninterrupted screening performance.
