The Impact Detacher-V 11 kW works by directing product onto a high-speed rotor installed inside a ceiling-mounted housing. Impact elements gently separate agglomerated particles formed during grinding. After detaching, the product exits by gravity, allowing smooth and uniform transfer to sifters. This improves sieve efficiency, stabilizes product flow, and maintains consistent particle distribution without damaging the product structure.
Unlike floor-mounted impact detachers positioned beneath roller mills, the V Series is installed above the milling line. This configuration frees valuable floor space, reduces the need for additional conveyors, and enables gravity-assisted discharge.
