The SEDIROGLU GROUP Impact Detacher-V 7.5 kW is engineered to provide reliable and efficient detaching performance for milling lines requiring higher capacity than standard models. Unlike floor-mounted impact detachers, the V Series is ceiling mounted, allowing the machine to operate above the milling line and discharge product downward by gravity. This design optimizes plant layout, reduces mechanical conveying requirements, and improves overall production flow.
During operation, the product enters the machine from the upper inlet and contacts a precision-balanced, high-speed rotor equipped with impact elements. These elements gently separate compacted particles formed during the grinding process, ensuring uniform particle distribution before sieving. The controlled impact action improves sifting efficiency without altering the physical characteristics of flour or semolina.
Powered by a 7.5 kW motor, this model is ideal for medium to high-capacity milling systems where continuous operation and stable performance are critical. The direct motor-driven rotor minimizes power loss and vibration, while the heavy-duty steel body ensures long-term durability under demanding industrial conditions.

Working Principle
The product enters the Impact Detacher-V through the top inlet and encounters a high-speed rotor fitted with impact elements. The detached material exits the machine by gravity and is transferred directly to sieving or classification equipment, improving flowability, sieve efficiency, and uniform particle distribution.
