The Impact Detacher-V 7.5 kW operates by directing the product onto a high-speed rotor mounted inside a ceiling-installed housing. Impact elements gently separate agglomerated particles formed during grinding. The product then flows downward by gravity to sieving equipment, improving particle uniformity, flowability, and overall sifting efficiency without damaging the product.
The V Series is installed above the milling line, unlike floor-mounted models positioned beneath roller mills.
