The Impact Detacher-V 15 kW operates by directing product onto a high-speed rotor inside a ceiling-mounted housing. Impact elements gently separate compacted particles formed during grinding. After detaching, the product exits by gravity, ensuring smooth flow to sifters. This improves sieve efficiency, stabilizes particle distribution, and maintains consistent product quality in very high-capacity operations.
Floor-mounted impact detachers are installed beneath roller mills, while the V Series is mounted above the line. This ceiling-mounted configuration frees floor space, reduces additional conveying systems, and allows gravity-assisted discharge. The result is a cleaner plant layout, lower mechanical complexity, and improved operational efficiency.
