The Cyclone Dust Collector Ø1650 is engineered to provide top-tier performance in industrial dust control. Utilizing centrifugal separation, it effectively removes heavy and fine particles from the air stream. Dust-laden air enters tangentially, creating a high-speed vortex. Centrifugal forces drive particles to the walls, where they fall into a dust collection hopper, and clean air exits through the central outlet.
The Ø1650 model is extensively used in flour factories, feed mills, grain silos, corn flour mills, semolina plants, crumb flour mills, and seed cleaning facilities. In flour production, it is strategically installed in the pre-cleaning, cleaning, and milling sections, ensuring dust-free and hygienic conditions. In feed factories and grain processing plants, it maintains continuous airflow while preventing equipment contamination and improving worker safety.
With its large diameter, the Ø1650 cyclone can handle extremely high airflow and heavy dust loads. Its design minimizes turbulence, reduces energy consumption, and prolongs equipment life. Constructed from high-strength steel, the Ø1650 ensures mechanical stability and durability. Optional wear-resistant linings can be applied for abrasive materials, while the cone and dust chamber are optimized to reduce noise and maintain separation efficiency.
Proper cyclone sizing, such as Ø1650, is essential for determining the aspirator kW requirements and energy consumption. Oversized or undersized cyclones can compromise efficiency and increase operational costs. The Cyclone Dust Collector Ø1650 guarantees reliable dust control, long-term performance, and consistent operation across a wide range of industrial applications, from flour and feed mills to seed processing and grain cleaning facilities.
