The Cyclone Dust Collector Ø1000 represents a new generation of high-performance dust separation technology for heavy-duty industrial use. With its large diameter and aerodynamic cone design, it is capable of handling substantial air volumes while maintaining exceptional separation efficiency. This makes the Ø1000 model the perfect choice for high-capacity lines where airflow, dust density, and energy optimization are critical factors.
In flour mills, the Ø1000 Cyclone is used across multiple processing zones — pre-cleaning, cleaning, and milling sections — efficiently separating dust and product residues. In feed factories, it helps control dust generated during mixing, grinding, and pneumatic conveying. Additionally, it is widely used in grain silos, seed cleaning plants, galeta crumb mills, and corn flour production lines to maintain hygiene and protect equipment from dust accumulation.
