The Volumetric Measurer 25-40 is engineered to provide accurate proportional mixing of different grain types in high-capacity milling and food processing facilities. By regulating material flow through multiple adjustable slide dampers, the machine ensures precise volumetric control for each product stream, allowing stable and repeatable blending results.
The machine is mounted above transfer screw conveyors and below storage silos, ensuring correct discharge rates before raw materials enter the next processing stage. Its rotor-driven system distributes material evenly while maintaining continuous and vibration-free operation.
Manufactured with a fully cast and reinforced body, the Volumetric Measurer 25-40 offers long service life, low wear, and stable performance under demanding industrial conditions. The closed bearing design eliminates the need for frequent lubrication, while the simple adjustment mechanism allows fast setup and easy operation. Working Principle
The Volumetric Measurer 25-40 operates on a controlled volumetric dosing principle. Raw materials flow from multiple silos into the machine through individual inlet sections. Each inlet is equipped with an adjustable slide damper that regulates the percentage of material entering the rotor chambers.
As the rotor rotates at a constant speed, it transfers fixed volumes of material from each inlet, ensuring proportional discharge according to the selected damper settings. The combined product mixture is then discharged evenly into the screw conveyor below, maintaining a stable and continuous feed to the processing line.
This system allows precise blending of different wheat varieties, corn, whole wheat, and similar grains without fluctuations in flow rate. The mechanical dosing principle ensures long-term accuracy, repeatability, and reliable operation without the need for complex electronic control systems.
