Impact Detacher-A
Impact Detacher machines are used in flour mills to improve flour extraction by breaking down aggregated semolina particles after the milling and sifting stages. The product enters the machine center, where rotating radial wings distribute it evenly. As the machine spins, centrifugal force throws the particles against a fixed disc with pins, loosening and separating stuck or partially ground materials. This process supports homogeneous grinding and increases flour yield while maintaining a low ash ratio. The system is designed for efficient and high-capacity operation, typically installed after roller mills. At SEDIROGLU GROUP MACHINE, our impact detachers are engineered for reliability and superior performance in industrial milling environments.
