The High Speed Hammer Mill 25 Ton/h by SEDIROGLU GROUP is developed for high-volume feed production facilities requiring powerful, stable, and continuous grinding performance. With a capacity of up to 25 tons per hour, this model is engineered to operate efficiently under intensive industrial workloads. Its reinforced steel construction and optimized grinding chamber design provide durability and long-term operational reliability in demanding production environments.
A key feature of this model is the double screw feeding system installed on the upper section of the machine. This synchronized twin screw mechanism ensures consistent and regulated material flow into the grinding chamber. Uniform feeding prevents sudden load variations, protects the rotor assembly, and increases grinding precision. Stable product intake is essential for high-speed hammer mills, and this advanced feeding design guarantees improved efficiency and smoother operation.
Directly below the feeding system, a flap-controlled neodymium magnet is integrated to protect the grinding chamber from metal contaminants. Even small metallic fragments can cause severe damage to rotor components and hammer blades. This high-strength magnetic system captures unwanted metals before they enter the chamber, significantly reducing the risk of internal damage, minimizing downtime, and extending the service life of the machine.
The hammer blades are manufactured from Hardox 550 steel, offering exceptional resistance to abrasion and impact. Hardox 550 ensures longer operational life compared to standard materials, maintaining consistent grinding quality even during continuous high-capacity production. The dynamically balanced high-speed rotor enhances impact efficiency while reducing vibration and mechanical stress.
Optimized airflow within the reinforced grinding chamber prevents overheating and supports efficient material discharge. This contributes to energy efficiency while maintaining stable 25 ton per hour performance. The High Speed Hammer Mill 25 Ton/h combines advanced feeding technology, magnetic protection, and heavy-duty construction to deliver reliable, safe, and high-performance grinding solutions for modern feed production facilities.
