This conveyor provides a centralized solution for collecting product from several machines and transporting it toward a single discharge point.
The system operates using a multi-entry screw conveyor design. Several inlet connections are located along the conveyor body, allowing multiple product flow pipes to connect directly to the system. Instead of traditional pipe clamp connections, the inlet pipes include rubber sealing gaskets, allowing product pipes to be connected easily and quickly. This design provides flexibility for factories where processing lines may change over time.
After entering the conveyor, flour or powdered material is transported along the tube by a rotating helical screw. The screw is designed to maintain consistent product flow while protecting the physical structure of the material. Because the conveyor operates inside a closed tubular housing, dust emissions are minimized and hygienic transport conditions are maintained throughout the process.
