Air Aspiration Channel 150 by Sediroglu Group is a large-capacity, vibro-assisted grain cleaning machine designed for industrial flour mills, semolina mills, cereal processing facilities, and seed cleaning plants. Installed in the cleaning section, it receives grain directly from grain separators and utilizes a combination of controlled airflow and vibro vibration to efficiently remove dust, wheat husk, straw fragments, and leaf particles. The vibro motor ensures continuous movement of the grain, preventing stagnation and maintaining uniform distribution throughout the channel. Lightweight particles are lifted to the upper bunker and directed to cyclones or filtration systems, while clean grain exits from the bottom outlet to proceed to the next stage of processing.
Constructed from heavy-duty industrial-grade steel, Air Aspiration Channel 150 is built for high-capacity, continuous operation under demanding conditions. Adjustable airflow and vibration allow operators to fine-tune separation for different grains such as wheat, corn, barley, rye, and oats. Its robust design integrates easily into existing milling lines, enhancing product quality, reducing dust exposure in the plant, and protecting downstream machines from abrasive particle damage.
Air Aspiration Channel 150 offers superior separation efficiency with minimal product loss. Maintenance is simplified with easy access to bearings, motors, and structural components, reducing downtime. The machine’s vibro airflow technology supports continuous high-capacity production, stabilizes grain flow, and improves overall plant hygiene. By removing dust and lightweight particles at the cleaning stage, it ensures better downstream processing, extends equipment lifespan, and delivers cleaner, higher-quality grain suitable for milling or food processing operations.
