The Z & C Type Conveyor Elevator Plastic Buckets PP 400 by Sediroglu Group are high-capacity tilting-type spare parts engineered for efficient and controlled handling of fragile materials in industrial conveyor systems.
This model includes a built-in rotation mechanism, allowing the bucket to tilt smoothly during discharge. This ensures safe and precise emptying of sensitive materials such as chocolate, nuts, grains, seeds, pasta, chips, and packaged products without causing damage.
Additionally, the bucket is equipped with a position adjustment lever, which allows easy repositioning when buckets overlap during operation. This feature ensures proper alignment, stable performance, and continuous workflow in complex conveyor systems.
The product is manufactured in three different material quality options:
- PP (Polypropylene) – resistant up to 80–90°C, lightweight and food-grade compliant
- ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) – resistant up to 120–130°C, high impact resistance
- N6 (Nylon 6 / Polyamide 6) – resistant up to 150–180°C, excellent durability and wear resistance
All materials are fully food-grade certified and suitable for hygienic production environments.
