The Z & C Type Conveyor Elevator Plastic Buckets PP 380 by Sediroglu Group are specially engineered tilting-type spare parts designed for precise material discharge and safe vertical conveying of fragile products in industrial systems.
What makes this model unique is its integrated tilting structure, supported by a rotational discharge mechanism positioned on one corner of the bucket. This system allows the material to be emptied gradually and in a controlled manner, preventing sudden drops, impact damage, and product breakage.
To enhance operational flexibility, the bucket is also equipped with a positioning adjustment lever on the opposite side. This feature allows operators to easily change the bucket position in situations where buckets overlap during conveyor cycles. As a result, system alignment is maintained, and production continues without interruption.
Unlike standard buckets, the 380 model is optimized for balanced capacity and controlled flow, making it suitable for medium-to-high throughput lines where both product protection and efficiency are essential.
These buckets are manufactured in three different material quality options to meet various industrial demands:
- PP (Polypropylene) – resistant up to 80–90°C, lightweight, flexible, and fully food-grade compliant
- ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) – resistant up to 120–130°C, strong impact resistance for stable operation
- N6 (Nylon 6 / Polyamide 6) – resistant up to 150–180°C, superior wear resistance and mechanical durability
All material options are fully food-grade certified, ensuring safe use in hygienic production environments.
