The Z & C Type Conveyor Elevator Plastic Buckets PP 250 by Sediroglu Group are advanced tilting-type spare parts designed for controlled and gentle vertical transport of fragile and bulk materials in industrial systems.

This model features a special rotation mechanism (pivot system) located on one side of the bucket, allowing precise and smooth discharge of materials. This tilting function ensures that sensitive products such as chocolate, nuts, grains, seeds, pasta, chips, and packaged plastic items are emptied without impact or breakage.

On the opposite side, the bucket is equipped with a position adjustment lever, enabling easy repositioning when buckets overlap during complex conveyor movements. This ensures proper alignment, stable operation, and uninterrupted production flow.

These buckets are manufactured in three different material quality options:

  • PP (Polypropylene) – resistant up to 80–90°C, lightweight, flexible, and food-grade compliant
  • ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) – resistant up to 120–130°C, high impact strength for medium-duty applications
  • N6 (Nylon 6 / Polyamide 6) – resistant up to 150–180°C, superior mechanical strength and wear resistance

All material options are fully food-grade certified, making them suitable for hygienic and sensitive production environments.
