The Double Layer Destoner Sieve Frame is a core structural component of the machine, designed to perform precise screening and separation of heavy impurities. Each Double Layer Destoner is equipped with two sieve frames—upper and lower—working together to ensure high screening efficiency.
The sieve frames are standardly manufactured from high-quality wood, offering excellent vibration absorption and stable performance. Upon customer request, production is also available in AISI 304 stainless steel or standard metal constructions for demanding industrial environments.
Each sieve frame is fitted with perforated sieve meshes on both the upper and lower sections, allowing controlled product flow and effective separation. Inside the sieve frame, rubber cleaning balls are installed to continuously clean the sieve meshes during operation, preventing clogging and maintaining consistent screening efficiency.
Designed for long service life, easy maintenance, and reliable performance, the sieve frame supports continuous operation in flour mills, semolina plants, grain cleaning facilities, cocoa factories, and whole wheat flour mills.
